Advising Hours

The UC Davis Global Learning Hub is physically closed for the Winter Break from December 16, 2024 through January 3, 2025. We are available by email, but please note that responses will only occur during business hours and may be delayed. The office will resume normal, in-person operations when Winter Quarter begins on January 6, 2025, with open office hours between 11 a.m.–3 p.m.

UC Davis Study Abroad Enrollment Information 

Enrollment for Summer Abroad Internships and Virtual Summer Internships are open now! 

Enrollment for 2025 Summer Abroad and Quarter Abroad will open at 9 a.m. PST on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. To prepare for enrollment submission, we recommend you start working on your enrollment over break. To get started, create a Study Abroad account.

The UC Davis Study Abroad Enrollment Team will be hosting drop-in advising over winter break during the following times: Between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. December 16–20 and January 2–3. Join us on Zoom to ask questions about our UC Davis Study Abroad programs and application processes. 

UCEAP Enrollment Information

UCEAP offers programs of all lengths. You can study at world-renowned universities in English, immerse yourself in another language and academic culture, or take language classes.
