Connect with the Global Learning Hub
We offer both in-person and virtual appointments to assist students in navigating the many programs offered through the Global Learning Hub. Regardless of your major or class year, we can connect you with a program!
Make an Appointment
To create an appointment, simply click “Make an Appointment” and log into our portal. Our system will automatically identify your advisor based on your major and last name. You can then select an appointment type and use the calendar to pick a time that works for your schedule.
Appointment types include:
- General advising
- Study abroad application help
- Financial aid advising
- Independent study abroad
- Global Studies Minor
- UCEAP
Our office is open Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. for walk-in assistance. For all appointment types except for UCEAP, we recommend that students schedule an appointment to ensure availability of an advisor.

The Global Learning Hub at UC Davis has a commitment to green practices and saving resources. We are moving away from print materials where possible and discourage unsolicited bulk paper mailings. We do not display or store third party study abroad print brochures or posters. Please contact us before mailing; we may suggest more effective means of correspondence.
