Global Grad & Postdoc Workshop: Supporting Mental Wellness in New Cultural Environments

In this workshop, participants will understand some of the contributors to acculturative stress for students studying in a new academic and cultural environment and discuss preventative strategies for combatting acculturative stress.

 

Global Grad & Postdoc Career Skills workshops are active learning opportunities that require active listening and participation. You must actively participate in a minimum of 60 minutes of a workshop to earn credit toward a Global Grad & Postdoc Career Skills Certificate.
