Fee Notes
- Figures for tuition and fees represent currently approved or proposed amounts and may not be final. Actual tuition and fees are subject to change by the University of California as determined to be necessary or appropriate. Final approved tuition and fee levels may differ from the amounts presented. Some or all instruction for all or part of the academic year may be delivered remotely. Tuition and fees have been set regardless of the method of instruction and will not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the academic year. UC Davis tuition and Fees are different for Graduate and non-resident students. Campus policy dictates that study abroad and other off-campus programs are not exempt from the UC Davis Summer Campus Fee, which covers services/initiatives such as Student Health and Counseling Services, Unitrans, Recreation, etc. Students have access to these services during the entire summer session period.
Program Fees include
- Lodging in a furnished, shared student residence with kitchen facilities
- Welcome meal and farewell meal
- Airport pick-up for participants who arrive during designated times
- Optional cultural activities and excursions (varies by site)
- Personalized internship placement in New Zealand based on skills, experiences, career goals and interests
- Multi-day Bridging Cultures Program (in-country orientation)
- Career Readiness Course - possibility of earning LinkedIn digital badge and micro-credential
- Resume / Cover Letter Resources and Advice
- Professional Development Workshops (varies by site)
- 24/7 on-site support from ISA staff in New Zealand
- ISA health insurance
- GeoBlue health insurance
Expenses not covered by program fees
- Estimated personal expenses outlined in the table above
- Personal travel during and outside of program dates
- Transportation from housing to internship site
- Roundtrip airfare from Auckland to Wellington or other placement city (if applicable)
- Entertainment expenses, including alcoholic beverages and personal purchases
- Out-of-pocket expenses for medical and other emergencies
- Expenses for special medical conditions
