Summer Abroad Italy - On Site

Art, Culture, History in the Eternal City

Get to Know Your Destination

Rome, as the capital city of Italy and the fourth-most populous city in the European Union is home to 4.3 million residents. Spanning 28 centuries, Rome’s history lives on for visitors throughout the centro storico, historic city center. Rome has a glorious monumentality that it wears without reverence. Its architectural heirlooms are buzzed around by car and Vespa as if they were no more than traffic islands."  Lonely Planet - Rome
