Language and Culture in Spain
Arrival Date: March 30, 2020 End Date: June 5, 2020
Madrid, a city where tradition and modernity are just a few steps away, offers a rich artistic heritage and a stimulating cosmopolitan life. As a student you will walk through history—stone-paved streets and flowering balconies—before arriving in Madrid’s city center, famous for tapas, shopping, museums, and night life. The unique spirit of Madrid is both serene and lively, making it a captivating place to learn Spanish and absorb centuries of Iberian culture. Students will take intensive and accelerated courses in Spanish language and culture, with planned activities, visits to museums, excursions and a three-day trip to Salamanca to highlight Spain’s incredible history and beautiful scenery.
